I used to be in Frenzy Heal Sig, which basically had their name written on this build. They even ran in in GvG at some point. Although we only used 1 teleport back then; Death charge on 45 sec recharge. I believe we had dash to get to spikes quickly.
This was pre-gale nerf. And even though you've got earthbind in the build. I dont think you can rely on that spirit to stay up within range of the opposing team. Also, after teams figure out what you are. They will try to disable the gale, so you will be needing mantra of concentration or even resolve on the ele. SoJ is nice, but it only gives you a 1 second window to spike in, which means you have to be spiking perfectly and it will fail if a single rof gets in (that's if all 6 spike the same target).
It could work, for sure. But a build that completely relies on two 1-second casts or one 3-second cast for it's spike seems a bit fragile to me. I suppose a mantra on the ele would help a great deal already.
